In today’s news, a married Atlanta pastor, Craig Lamar Davis, arrested for willingly having unprotected sex with women without disclosing his positive HIV status. WHAT THE WHAT? According to several Atlanta based websites, Pastor Davis allegedly hooked up with women he met on Facebook and members of his church engaging in unprotected sex.

Ronita McAfee says it wasn’t long after she met Davis on Facebook that they became intimate. It turned into a scandal when McAfee said, according to Black Media Scoop, Davis called her and said one of his ex-girlfriends called him disclosing she was HIV positive. He went on to tell McAfee not to worry because HIV is no longer a death sentence and there were over the counter drugs she could start using. WTF…

Ronita’s suspicions grew when she found out the house he was taking her to didn’t belong to him and in foreclosure. She went to get tested and so far she is negative but she will need to re-test in six months (without engaging in any unprotected sex) to be sure her test wasn’t a false negative. Another member of the church has come forward to press charges against Davis also. This may end up being and open and shut case of criminal transmission of HIV.
